The moon of Lehen was the first colonized body in The Sovereignty, due to numerous subterranean caverns of water, and the presence of an atmosphere. Over the decades, terraforming efforts have given Lehen an atmosphere breathable with no equipment. The terraforming plants, warehousing, and manufacturing districts are all near the poles of the moon, which are considered the 'outskirts'. Near the equator are three large cities, originally built as one, that make up the core of Lehen's population. 

The Founding, Lehen's original city, was built in the style of an 'metropolitan downtown' of Earth in the distant Sol System. The founding currently houses much of the lower class, with dangerous sections spread throughout the city, as well as rumors of a black market. The government of Lehen, The Guardianship, has instituted strict measures to combat the rising crime. The Guardianship warns visitors to avoid The Founding if possible, even though they have Planetary Security actively patrolling the city. Independent sources have reported that that the civil unrest is due to social inequality and authoritarian security measures by The Guardianship, although we have not verified those claims. 

In contrast, the second largest city on Lehen is a wealthy, glittering jewel: The Design. Home to the best artists and many of the wealthiest elite in the system, The Design has beautiful, flowery estates which the upper class calls their homes. It also has a futuristic downtown, which appears to lead The Sovereignty in technology and innovation. Many companies have events or openings at the downtown of The Design, regardless of if the company is based on Lehen. The Guardianship encourages visitors to this area. 

The third city is considered a sector on Lehen, although it houses enough of the population to be documented here. Called the Equatorial Sector, the third city is Lehen's zone of leisure. There are no recorded businesses that are not directly related to entertainment. Despite a policy of relaxed law enforcement in this city, there have not been any reports that the civil unrest has spilled into the Equatorial Sector. The Guardianship considers this area safe to visit.
