There are several tiers of medical nanobots available, with the most expensive nanobots being able to detect and treat numerous more problems than tiers below. While the differences in ability and cost might not be so different from tier to tier, the difference between the highest tier with the best nanobots, compared to having no nanobots at all, is immense.

While only available to the wealthiest individuals, someone with the highest tier nanobots and access to the best quality nutrition and doctors could expect to live to around 130 annums, while the average individual with no nanobots and access to lower quality nutrition would only expect to live around 65 annums.
